By accessing or using bitLLMs platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models
• Use the Service to build competing products or services
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. User Content & Data Processing

You retain all ownership rights to any content you input, upload, or generate through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant bitLLMs a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have necessary permissions for all User Content. You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any content you generate. bitLLMs does not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs, but the platform's transformative algorithms may enhance your original materials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems. Prohibited activities include:

• Generating illegal, harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory content
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Using automated bots or scrapers to extract large volumes of data
• Engaging in activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user violating this policy, without prior notice.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

bitLLMS strives to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service without liability.

We are constantly improving our AI models — features may evolve, and some functionalities might be deprecated. We will provide reasonable notice when significant changes affect core workflows.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BITLLMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR BIASES — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING ALL OUTPUTS BEFORE RELYING ON THEM.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITLLMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida, unless the claim qualifies for small claims court.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
